Blizzard should do something about people trading boosts for RL money, because that is against the rules. Boosting for gold? Allowed. Premading? Allowed. GDKP? Allowed.

No, boosting existed back in Vanilla too. Make a new alt, get to lvl10, ask a guildy for a quick RFC run. Happened all the way up until late WoTLK when the dungeon finder was added.
