Seriously, this is the worst idea you implemented. Make it raid wide or implement a debuff so not more than 4 LW should be able to maintain the buff. Look how many people upset and dissapointed with your implementation. Fix it while it is only beta.

Creating many new threads does not give more attention, having everything in one large thread does.
