Like how can you even be saying this? You should NEVER restrict a normal player that has bought his rights to be actually playing the game throughout any hours of the day/night (even if he is gonna quit the game in 1 day or 1 year or whatever it may be). They have to deal with the ques accordingly and not let people transfer to new servers where it’s gonna die out in 2 months of the wotlk launch.
Nobody restrict you, you literally have 3 options to play without queues, even 4, you can come to play in 2-3 months
You want too much, waiting for 2-3 hours it’s okay on start fresh server, it’s not forever only for 2-3 months. It’s cannot be fixed to not dmg a server. I dont understand, you anyway not rasing leveling, why you even care, #nolife’s people anyway will beat you in everything, no matter what, game is 15 years old, people know literally everything.
How is 2-3 hours of queue time not A LOT?? Like where did people think this is normal behavior from a company to do this to other people paying for their services? 
The option to start on a fresh server is complete crap and we’ve seen this time and time again. You’re forcing people later on the path to buy 25 euros for a freaking server transfer that barely takes any time or effort for blizzards company to change server for a character and this is just puuure and utter greediness that they are doing this and it’s actually disgusting that people can stand behind this.

I should not need to manage my time better just to sit 2-3+ hours in queue to be able to play the game that I am paying for. We live already in a work intensive world, you shouldn’t need to put even more pressure on people during their free time.
I like your thought process of the situation being black and white. There is always solutions one way or another, I promise you there is so many players in this community that can bring forth amazing feedback on how to solve the situation as best as possible but the biggest issue here is that blizzard is barely listening to what the community has to say about changes and solutions to the game.
He has the right to play whenever he wants. It’s just that some servers are full.

Im sorry, but queues literally cannot be fixed to not dmg a server or other server in future, it’s literally impossible
If they make another PVP server, he will be dead 100%, 1000%, PVE server have no queues, you can go play on it, but you dont want cuz you know it will be dead (or maybe you like pvp much idk)
And i think why queues exist even with layers system, bcs they cant do more layers than some number to not bring super lags. Old game engine…
Well done on being completely inaccurate. MMO’s are played for the most part by casual players. This doesn’t mean they can’t be committed or excel at gaming, but it does mean their time to play is limited.

Yes, I mean actual MMO’s. The main groups to play are gamer dads, and not people who play for 2.5 hours + a day.
Player churn is a huge factor, gamer dads are very loyal and have a strong bond to their chosen game. Hence being well represented against players who push hard and then look for the next thing.
I don’t argue with it, im just saying, that this is impossible to fix queues problem and not dmg server or future server if they make it

*Haha, feel you, I came he, 197 minutes queue first, then I tabbed out to look for updated addons, and forgot the time, and got DC’d, and straight back to a fkn 190 minutes queue again, Gehennas yea… And 90% of the night, cant buy or sell items at AH , and the delay / lags are just brutal… 4+ hours queu…
and yeah Im complaining, its not the first time, the 5 hour queues from Classic, I had hopes that they maybe learned something from that , but its 200 minutes queues now, and alright, but atleast if someone gets a DC for some reason, should have a 10 minute ( free pass to get back and fix connection ) if already been in that queue once, should be “common sense”.
Already looking forward trying to log in this afternoon when I finish work to sit in a queue where I need 2 hours to get into the game. Fun weekend ahead!
Imagine still having full servers in 2022, All that money this greedy asf company has made over the years and never once thought to invest some of it into making better and more stable servers to handle more people.

Horde ruined the last balanced pvp server (Firemaw) by mass migrating to already full Gehennas just before WOTLK. What did you expect? But then again, Blizzard should have closed transfers to Gehennas.
