Does it even matter though that it’s Gehennas this time? Before people migrated to Gehennas it was Firemaw that was the server that had massive queues while Blizz decided not to implement the same fix they did during the TBC-launch (which we all saw worked). If they see that a server has massive queues they can and should do something about it (to offer a free transfer to a dead realm is not a solution).
we pay to play any excuses you are giving for blizzard aint our problem

No, you pay to have access to the servers. They aren’t obligated to have a spot for you on a specific realm.
You’re still able to play the game, but not on that realm. They provide the service as agreed in the ToS.
