so what is your suggestion, what is the fix can you provide for imperfect design
since it’s clear that io wasn’t a fix

I am quite certain you do the same. Just you are upset that people do same to you. I sense a bit of hypocrisy in all those topics.
RIO 2.0. If you want a a just and precise system then it has to analyze logs, performance, mechanics execution in every dungeon and given brackets for ever affix combo and so on. If you would spend 8.0 running M+ with good success you would have a good score now given having the gear etc. But if you didn’t performed as good as you think then you would not… and you really want to be positively verified by the system
actually i don’t, you don’t have to believe me, and i’m not gonna convince you
even if i did, raider io would have made me do that, if there was no score, i would take anyone qualified for the key by gear
but than again we will run into the boosting problems where the fault falls on blizzard solely
… same thing. You measure people by certain criteria. It is pot-kettle-black situation here. You measure “gearscore”, others measure “something-else”.
Every group leader has their criteria and you shouldn’t as an add-on be banned just because said add-on speeds up checking up criteria party leader wants people to be in.
Apparently from my experience players with lower RIO tend to perform worse than those with high score. What a surprise, right? For instance, trash pack before Vol’Kal in AD, which is normally skipped when I’m tanking. So I had that one player with about 300-500 RIO score (I don’t quite remember), I pulled that pack away, the group went to the boss room and that single guy engaged in combat so I told him not to do that. He runs in a boss room and causes a wipe. It is not about being elitist. It’s about experience of the ppl who are with you.
The less experienced players may not know the trick you’re pulling, such as snapping, deathskips, ankh runs and so on and on. This in turn puts the success of the group at risk. Why would I want to do that then?
