What was even the argument for it?

Something, something blood elven RPers shouldn’t refer to their characters as nobility because all blood / high elves are by virtue of their exiled forefathers nobility, so people RPing aristocratic elves should RP humans instead.

No, I meant the P-word.

It’s not a story the Blood elf community would tell you.

and then the OP disappeared forever, never to post again

I forgot what all the noise was about. Vaugely some slice of the usual layered sponge cake of belfy headcanon taken as gospel truth I suppose.

Much in the style of the current thread handling the topic of blood elves and nobility, in the days of yore there was a regular poster who across a string of threads spread the gospel of truth regarding blood elves and their pragmatism as a defining cultural trait post-Scourge. It eventually took on a life of its own as a meme because of how often it would come up every time a thread regarding blood elves cropped up.

Eventually he moved on, but some say that he will be summoned on the day Argent Dawn needs him the most by uttering the P word three times in front of a mirror…

It’s like if you say Biggie Smalls in a mirror three times…

I know what I must do, but I don’t know if I have the strength to do it…

good soldiers follow orders

Especially funny (“funny”) was when Pragmatism got applied to Belf population numbers.

Convocation be like "maybe you could have a few more kids…you know, ‘For Silvermoon’?

yeah that was a bit weird to be quite honest

“You’re not allowed to be in same sex relationships, you need to be pragmatic and repopulate.”
