Blue post regarding queue issues

so where are all the admin/gm posts apologizing for the sh!t show which has been the launch of classic ??/

there are numerous posts regarding people waiting in qs for unacceptable times to get in and then get kicked back out and be put to the back of the queue again ???

like myself waited 6 hours yes SIX hours to get online … picked up 1 quest and got kicked straight back out again ??? …and placed at end of the queue again

surely this is not the service you should be giving your paying customers… something needs done and done soon

a response would be a good start … i wont hold my breathe though

Paid staff can really only share what they are permitted to, at least that is how it works in many companies. Esp. When what you say can affect your employer in a variety of ways.
