As of right now on Gehennas the boat travels up to Echo Isles and then stops there only to return to ratchet a few minutes later. No loading screen or anything just returns after a quick pit stop at Echo Isles. Nice.

still happening on Shazzrah, it’s been broken for a day now.
The other way seems to work though.

and even if you wait for boat to get back to ratchet before you release spirit you end up in razor hill as alliance.
Haven’t been able to get to booty bay for over 24 hours, the boat to booty bay is broken. So many people can’t get to booty bay.
Boat still broken on Gehennas aswell.
When the boat stops, log out. When you login you’ll be in Booty bay. Was happening to me yesterday and this helped as a temp solution for our group
