A bored level 60 wiping an entire zone? it’s pvp, I get it
What I don’t get is why mind controlling/attacking on boats is even an option.
There was this level 60 priest camping on a Wetlands-Ratchet boat. To top it all off- four level 57 guards couldn’t handle him.
Please consider adding deadly elites level 60 onto the boats.

But mind controlling people just before the boat leaves the continent and jumping them off into the water is the funniest thing about being a priest

According to the mass outcry on these forums this was stealth nerfed by Blizz so you must be imagining it happening to you…
Unless you have evidence that those elites were present in vanilla, I’m against that change. Classic should resemble vanilla including its flaws.
But I can suggest you one little trick. Die and run with your spirit onto a boat. As your boat will travel to the other continent, you’ll be resurrected and can reach your destination.
It happened to me few days ago. I doubt that it was stealth nerfed. May be there’s some bug.
If I wasn’t clear in my reply, I don’t think it has been changed either but there are a few posters on the forums who are trying to claim it has been ‘fixed’ as Blizz want to wreck Classic because it makes BFA look bad…

I just quit using the Booty Bay>Ratchet boat, unless it’s in the early hours of the morning when the server is quiet. Once or twice I’ve gone on it for the lulz, just to see if I actually make it to the other side, and I did both times by stealthing and sapping any hordes that moved a muscle (I assume they are moving to find someone to mess with).
I had a fun time with a higher level shaman. I ran around the wooden pillar so he couldn’t get any spells off until after the loading screen, then I spirit ran to the boat and ressed ahead of him, so I actually got to my destination faster because he killed me

Nope. You’re just going to have to deal with it.
Its fine to have your body and whole zone camped by lvl 60’s for hours and make the game unplayable but god forbid someone uses their ability to throw you off a boat and grief u a bit. Wasting you 10 minutes max
It’s hilarious and I still do it once in a while.
I’ve had it done to me several times, and I’ve normally responded by going “oh for god sakes” then laughing helplessly as the controller artfully spins me 720degrees into the water. Priests, keep in mind, the more stylish the controlling, the better. I have standards!

Why didn´t I roll a priest?
A nice tip is to not sail on the boat. If you jump off the boat and swim hugging the side, it counts as being on and drags you along
how can you not get it lol? mc people off boats is the funniest thing in the game
