Bonus rolls are gone in SL

Tbh i don’t really mind bonus roll being gone, in general, i don’t mind Blizzard leaving the path of “Lets vomit decent gear on players”.
It trivialized 2 (already easy) raiding difficulties and kinda made gear below the M14/15 meaningless.

why ? LFR is the starting progression, and the players who dont enjoy raiding, do LFR. there is absolutely no reason to diminish it.

the so called ‘glory days’ exists.
it called “wow classic”, maybe thats the game for you.

I am trying to play there more, but with every limited availability thing that Retail is throwing at us, I do not have enough time to dedicate on classic.

My mage will soon hit 53 and she will finally get out of the ZF graveyard.

so why push your classic agenda at the retail players who enjoy it as it is.

What agenda? Is master loot “classic agenda” now?

LFR complaints, master loot, gear exclusivity and such.

I don’t do any of the activities that adds to the chest.
So players like me only get stuff taken away. Awesome… :weary:

I do not feel particularly strongly one way or another for anything in retail that is not related to cosmetics here.

they just dont get it. they ruin the game for others just to twick it a little better for themselves, even though they already have a working system.

I thought you liked it when Blizzard gave players the shaft?
I might have misunderstood

Of course I don’t like it.
But if someone ‘gets the shaft’ while you get ‘what you want’, yeah you’re not going to feel bad about it most likely.
Elitists are probably so happy now… Well, they’re not because they ‘can’t be the best at everything’ because of covenants, but hey… we’re all getting the shaft in some part of the game, I suppose.

Misery loves company I guess :mask:

Each player has different hills they wish to die on. I think most of the symptoms in the recent versions of the game are due to Blizzard wanting too much control over the players and what they can do.

Or maybe you should go and play diablo if you like to drown in loot much in the same way like BFA?
Less loot in circulation means gear uppgrades will matter more.

well we can say it will be intresting how this will fold out , cant wait :grinning:

Players “Blizzard throws too much loot at us! It’s become meaningless! I remember my first epic back in Classic fondly but got so much loot last week I can’t remember any of it!”

Blizzard “Good point, we’ll make loot drop less so its more valued”

Players “WTF, rabble rabble pitchforks”

Stay classy playerbase.

true but the droprate is enough for LFR what Bliz can do is an extra item what you can spend by a vendor in bulk like 10 pcs for a low lvl epic or mount or other stuff , that is much more interesting than a extra roll on a drop

with this, you are just promoting farming. gear vendors always come with farming. ALOT of farming.

Well covenants is direct respond of classic popularity. As entire idea is based out of classic ideologi so… We might see even more of that if covenants will bring in more “classic like audience” into retail game.

Well thats gonna make things annoying, while im not botherd about gear itself and agree that bonus roll was often a waste i was happily looking forward to a transmog set (the first time since bfa started) and would have been happy to grind it out once the second raId is out but this along with the chest might make it worse.
