I want to improve my fishing skill. How can I go to booty Bay as alliance?
If you are level 23 as your portrait says, you can either do the run through STV and probably get mauled by a few gorillas on your way, or go to Auberdine, and then walk through Ashenvale and the Barrens to get to Ratchet to grab the boat there to BB 
The run through STV would most likely be faster.

walk from duskwood
boat to menthil harbor, swim up to ratchet, if you’re doing it right no mob can harm u. then take the boat there to bb
