And you’re obviously missing my point, I said you can cancel your sub if you don’t like WoW anymore and I told you not to state your emotions as facts when I told you to be more objective, that’s all.
Quite frankly If you’re behaving so haughty and passive aggressive in game too I’m glad to see you leave the game.
Classic char crying retail stuff (xpac released 2 weeks ago) boring. Lul.
Try out the FFXIV trial man, I think you will like it and nah you don’t have to play a cat girl.
Elder Scrolls Online is also free until the 9th.
I seriously don’t know what to say to you, because you can’t understand even the simplest sentences. I made it VERY clear they weren’t facts, this is in the first paragraph:
“some of MY reasons”. Yes “MY” was in caps, still it flew right over your head (not surprised tough…).
And btw, you “told me not to”? Who the heck do you think you are? How we post is NOT up to you!

If you are struggling in the maw, it’s a gearing issue or your role is just awful for that stuff. There is nothing more to it than that.
It is also very obvious the Maw is alot inspired of vanilla WoW. When you couldn’t gather 10 mobs without dying in 3 seconds, and had to group up or be very careful of what you we’re going to do in order to get a quest done. If you can’t adapt to this zones very hard challenges. Then either gear more up or do it in a group.
I don’t want the Maw nerfed just because some people have trouble with it when there are ways around it to make it go from frustrating af, to ‘‘wow that was ez. Wish i had just done that instead’’. Go figure.
My only gripe is rogue has evidently remained the same since Legion and thats a -BIG- problem.

At the end of BFA I prepared 4 characters to go into all 4 different covenants and do all the story stuff and whatnot. Now I’m struggling to even log on my main. My biggest problem with shadowlands is that the classes play exactly like they did in BFA because those that remember one of the biggest issues in BFA was that classes played like crap. So in the end nothing changed, the content might be amazing but if I’m forced to experience it through the crap covered lenses of the trash class gameplay then I’m sorry but it’s boring.

Look, I’m gonna be honest I didn’t see your first sentence with “MY” and you just stated things after like they were facts in the list, I was just trying to make you look at the bigger picture to hopefully realize it isn’t that bad.
Anyway, you didn’t need to be so passive aggressive about it but again, if you don’t like the game don’t play it, idk what more there is to say.
I hope you find a way to manage your anger and find your love for WoW back.
I am “passive agressive” because I respond to your false accusations and nitpicking, and to your attempts on “deciding” what is ok to post and what isn’t?
Ok…
Anyway, I’m done with you, troll.

Trying to help someone take a step back and look at the bigger picture by presenting counter arguments / opinion while admitting myself to being biased too is clearly not the definition of false accusations and nitpicking, I was trying to make you relativize.
Again I wasn’t trying to decide what is ok or not to post…
You’ve called me stupid multiple times now, I’ve been trying to remain courteous and I even apologized for my mistake, really I don’t understand why you feel the need to be so defensive and insulting.
If it wasn’t for joining my old raid guild with the hopes that will keep me going by getting into some raid progress, I wouldn’t be renewing. Hopefully the raids will be enough to motivate me to want to keep my gear/currency for gear etc topped up. If I wasn’t raiding I’d be gone.

To be honest, since 75% of stuff in SL is optional, you run out of stuff to do real fast unless you also do some of the optional stuff.
Depending on how tomorrow’s raid goes, I might need to swiftly switch covenants and start grinding all the stuff again - campaign, followers, anima, etc. This trend will likely continue if and when Blizzard finally decide to do some tuning. Then people will switch again. The grind never ends, as long as you’re aiming to be high-end competitive.
Yeah it’s à la carte, I honestly don’t mind as it allows more casual players to not be completely left behind by hardcore players and it also gives hardcore players more things to do.
I finished leveling my first alt a few days ago and I’m already at renow 6 with the catch up mechanics.
I had fun clicking buttons the 1st week, Now I click the same buttons doing the same things with higher numbers, and if you do a little bit more then usual you are capped by every thing and nothin and to do, I couldn’t find any spec that I like, covenants don’t really add class identity.
I tried it and head fun for almost 2 weeks but I’m done

My class feels fun again and I like it though from the sounds of peoples whining about it being OP it won’t be for long.
(Not saying I exactly disagree, either the scaling sucks or TV and WoG are overtuned)
It is so god-damn boring, I could tolerate 3 days of playing. I hate this expansion a lot

I don’t mind it too much, but it’s not amazing either. I have some issues with the expansion, such as:
-
Torghast. It got boring realllyyy quick. It should give some additional loot or the powerups should be stronger. They tried to make a roguelike but they don’t understand what made roguelikes fun: how OP you could become or how fun some combos can be. Right now I find myself dodging mob packs as much as possible when killing them should be fun. Powerups just don’t make us strong enough and they don’t offer novelty gameplay at all.
-
World quests are very boring, with little rewards, and too long.
-
Areas are very annoying to navigate through. I’m glad I didn’t go Venthyr because Ravencrest is torture to ground mount on. Flying will help but we won’t have it till a year or so.
-
Covenants are alright but you’re at Blizzard’s mercy with them. If they overnerf or overbuff one you’ll fall behind very easily and grinding it back doesn’t sound like fun. Also sucks how conduits have to be changed everytime you change specs.
-
Classes barely changed since BFA. We got a few spells back but that’s it.
-
Oribos is boring and plain. For a main city hub that we’ll be in for two years it’s fairly disappointing.
-
The lore didn’t feel very interesting to me. I found myself not even reading most quests and I’m not too happy about that. It also doesn’t feel warcraft-y at all. It’s like a whole different universe.
-
SCALING. We should be able to solo mythic legion raids and BFA content easily yet it’s super slow or even impossible in some cases. Some people such as me enjoy soloing old content and right now it’s not possible.
-
As a hunter, I like taming pets. The blue shale worm from the Motherlode and the crystal scorpions from the Nighthold should be tamable - ingame tooltip even says so - yet they’re still not…
-
They removed even more old content. I bought some profession patterns from my Draenor garrison and I’m not allowed to learn them. It’s also STILL impossible to reach Ordos’ sanctuary in Pandaria. Yes, some people care about that.
Okay after re-reading myself it sounds like a lot of gripes but I still enjoy the expansion overall. I’m just picky I guess. Dungeons are cool though and I feel like I’m one of the few to enjoy the maw.

Agree with everything.
You are gonna get bored of Maw the latest when you realize how long you are gonna spend there grinding stygia for sockets.
As a blood DK thorgast is even more boring, since they cant make the bosses challenging enough to comfort the average player, the boss fights end up just being long and boring.
