Professions have become far too boring and time-consuming. It was much better in classic, also much more fun things to make. Now, I see almost no point in bothering to do professions. Not even collecting herbs or ores. And if you have more alts, just forget it!

I do not agree - first they have less RNG stuff which was so annoying to deal with.
Second, they have a lot of items to craft. I am trying different ones on three alts just out of curiosity, not to mention specializations.
I think they work fine, you just need to dive a little bit into them.
