Ironic that GM’S has been replaced by bots too

This needs to go to the top again. Bots are out of control, whilst attempting to farm motes of shadow in Hellfire, there were at least 4 bots on the ground farming the mobs and another druid flying bot was patrolling the zone to farm herbs and mining nodes.
Its a month since some of the bots have been reported and nothing has been done.
Surely allowing this sort of behaviour violates some sort of duty of care to maintain a product/service sold to the public?!
