Bots are more beneficial than dada's

With this recent banwave we already feel the effects with the prices of red gems and volcanic potions. Volcanic potions from 4g/per to 10g/per+ and red int gems are 300g each.
What do dada’s give us? Deepholm trogg boosting scams, gdkp scams, nonstop spam in Orgrimmar, ninja looting everything in dungeons, rmt. The choice is clear guys.

Also noticed the price increase.

What you have to keep in mind though is that this is probably a consequence of players getting used to bot mafias dominating the farming, market etc. Not that regular players can’t gather items, craft items etc. If bots wasn’t a thing in the first place, players would run the market, and the prices wouldn’t get out of hand like this when bots get banned. Atleast that’s my take, I could of course be wrong.

Edit: I do agree though, it’s sad that legit players engage in boosting scams, toxic gdkp’s, rmt, ninjalooting etc.

Blizzard has a financial incentive to not permanently solve the bot issue because they all buy boosts each time there is a ban wave and they pay a sub. The increased numbers probably look good to shareholders or whoever cares about that at the expense of the playerbase.

I mean, just wait a week and all the bots will be back, including the lower prices

I’ve had one guy whisper me trying to make me increase prices on a certain item because “i was ruining the economy” (still, the price per item was 100g above the “normal” price), when i said no he bought them all and reposted at his price

the real “issue” is players who “play the ah”, I’m not suggesting something has to be done, the economy is part of the game they just play the game, if you farm for 2 hours each Sunday with a treasure pot you can pay for your sub and ingame expenses i don’t see the big deal, and i believe people buying gold from blizzard out-weight the income from the bot subs (if they pay at all, they must have stash accounts)

I also had this happen once on my bankalt when playing on Gehennas, lol. Was scolded in whispers by some neckbeard WoW AH stonk for allegedly undercutting an item on the auction house (it was barely undercutting to be honest). I told him cry me a river.
