After doing roughly 40 keys across 3 characters this week I’ve finally witnessed somebody loot a bottle essence in 19 earlier, so I can confirm it’s possible but the drop rate must be ridiculously low.
I got only 1 from rare, also looted lots of dirts, done raid bosses on normal/hc/myth, done m+ too. It is probabbly like Legion legendaries, hidden progress bar.
question is, why would you need to ? there is basically ONE worthwhile craft - Lariat - with the rest being just filler garbage you will replace sooner rather than later.
Its a 418 gear with optimised stats and in case of neck and rings even with a socket. You wont replace many of these sooner nor later.
For example in the entire game atm there is only one ring that have haste/mastery stats…and tats from 7th boss of the raid and its labeled as super rare drop. If you run haste/master, …you wont replace crafted rings ever.
why you even bother ?
i know there is f**kall to do in df outdoors,
but is this need for your mythic razageth 1% progress or just to kill these elites faster ?
1 spark per week for minimal effort is what i see it
you must be fooling yourself if you think Blizzard will give you this carrot

Not played much in the last week but just got one on an alt doing the WB that alt has done nothing but kill a world boss weekly in the last month (and accept the quest for the sparks) . My main, nope… (though I’ve played less than 5 hours in a that week and 4 of that was in raid.)
I suggest make these drop ones BoA and let us decide what to do with them… It is my game time what does it matter which character I use them on?
Dropped my first on the world boss yesterday.
Had tried about 50 dirt piles and 20+ dungeons over the previous week and a bit, no joy from any of them.
I’m sat with 4? 5 maybe concentrated infusions and the same for the HC level one, and can make 5 more, and they’re utterly useless…
Tbh, it feels like the bottleneck for crafting is on the wrong item…
I would love if there was something to use the excess infusions on… either by them being BoA or some way to get some gold for them.
Agree, or trading them for profession materials. Or even cosmetics.
Yea, just something, i wouldnt even care if you needed to trade 3 or 5 of them for 1 BoA for example…
