It’s ok.

It gives us basic features that should have been there from the get-go. But the user-journey is absolutely horrendous and not intuitive at all.

Since my forum vacation I’ve been radicalised by the forum mods and will not stand for shilling them.

It’s time for Blizzard to come into 2020 with customer support and the product they’re putting out.

We should not settle for bad - mediocre.

I’m mostly glad that all the political activists clamoring about how an ignore feature on the forums will destroy the community / fragment it beyond repair, as well as Blizzard not enabled it intentionally, were proven horrible wrong.
