Since the Wolpertinger quest is not available in the EU and I already have the pet from a few years ago (it’s possible I bought it on the AH): do I have to save up 200 tickets AGAIN and buy it to get the achievement? I know I can sell it back after getting the achievement, but this seems ridiculous when I already have the pet.

How do EU players get the 40 extra tickets we can’t get because the Pink Elekks on Parade quest is not available to us?
The achievement is for earning it via the quests, not buying it from the AH. So yes, you need to earn the achievement in order to get the achievement.
I can’t help you on your 2nd question.
Buy it, get the achievement and then sell back to the vendor (refund). You keep the achievement and get back all the tokens.
If you don’t have enough tickets you just have to keep doing dailies, or you can just go on an alt and do all the one off quests and get it that way.
no new rewords added ? why cant they add new rewards every year ? …

HOODOODLE, very important that you get the name right. Otherwise you won’t get any tickets.
But in all seriousnessessess, The tickets from the elekk quest just aren’t available for us. Try to optimize your ram ridding daily. I’ve managed to get around 30 a day on my horde chars.
There is an instance cap (per realm you play on), you can only do 10 instances an hour. Until the timer has passed you wont be able to go to another. Or you’ll have to do some on another realm (if possible).
what a stupid thingXD i pay to play, i should be aloud to do as many as needed, again you’ve ruined it…
I hit the limit every time the Love Rocket event comes round. I would gladly see it removed

alts.
plan ahead what stuff each will buy.
use for it at least 3 alts. if you want to hunt for the mounts (there are 2), you will most probably need more alts, but that is rng. i got the ram with my main years ago.
the stuff you want to actually keep pick with your main, the rest is account-wide.
I wish they would make the brewfest tickets account wide, so you don’t have to regrind them on a character seperately everytime.
i dont mind that, its not that big of a deal. the brewfest is a long event.
and you can get like 100 every day. thats 2-3 days for a toy. easy.
i just wish those coins(tickets) would not use bag space. its so annoying.
Daily you can accumulate 75+ tokens from the Advertising quest, Brew Delivery quest, and invasion turn in quest.

also first time tickets for each character is also nice addition. you can also get some tickets from the guys in the main cities once.
Ofcourse you can. Except i don’t like doing the same quests over and over again with no changes to the gameplay. And those quests are the same ones everytime. Therefore it gets tiresome to me. And the ‘‘then you can just ignore it’’ argument will not fly with me here.
That’s why using a different alt is a bonus, you do the one off quests, like the sausage eating, throwing drinks at robot etc and then the dailies and bam you have made a pretty dent into any 200 ticket requirement.

Yes, but it is still the same exact quests again. The same exact things you did. You cannot make that more enjoyable after having it done like 20+ times on other characters.
