Bring back the Old days of WOW

Worst idea ever. Nobody has time to wait out spawns any more, and the zerg players that just mop through areas tagging everything so you kill it for them would have a field day.

It’s not often I see players tagging a mob I’m hitting now and then leaving it for me to kill. Normally they’re dragging more to me, so we both benefit from multi-kills without needing to mess about grouping up. Suits me just fine.

If I’m hitting a mob and someone does hit it and then stands back to let me do the work then I’ll just keep auto-attack on and make them wait, just to annoy them into moving on. That doesn’t happen very often at all though.

Are there though?

Good news! They have already brought back the old days of Wow - you can find them in the BNet launcher under “World of Warcraft Classic”

I’ll get me coat on the way out! :lab_coat:

Except if its done by hunter/warlock pets and the mobs gets tagged to the owner, and you get no credit for killing them…

Never experienced that. What I have experienced is if a full group tags a mob it becomes locked to them, Something I wished they updated as well.

Ah yes, the good old days when you couldn’t tag anything if a druid was in the general area because all other spells had either or any combination of travel time(for a projectile)/cooldown/cast time. And if you were a melee you might as well just go do something else as long as a ranged person is doing the same quest.

yes bring back the old days and their toothless wolves

They are still there.
As are the pelt-less nightsabers, featherless owls and legless spiders in Teldrasil.

You know, a lot of things only feel good on your memory due to Nostalgia.
Nobody wants that. Not even you want that. You miss a feeling, not the mechanic.

I have an old Sega Genesis, and once in a while, I’ll fire it up because I want to remember the great games I played for hours in the past.

After about 30 minutes, I pack it away again and boot up my PC to play something modern, memories are best left in the past.

Clearly you’re playing the wrong games, cause I’m having a blast with Sonic, Shining Force and Phantasy Star xD

Wake me up when you found time machine, i really could use one right now.

There’s only so many times one can play streets of rage, sonic, etc in one’s life time, before even they get boring.
