Graphics corruption

Recently, very occasionally, WoW has been displaying a “corrupted” screen, where some in-game elements/textures appear made out of small ribbons, while most of the screen is absolutely fine. Here are some screenshots. Has anyone seen this? I have Windows 10 fully updated, latest NVidia drivers, RTS 3070. I have not tried to change graphics settings as the problem does not happen that often.
