Blizzard please fix this bug. I was being attacked by someone in a pvp zone and I couldn’t defend myself. Proof:

go to Orgrimar, enable PvP and try again maybe it works
Except he should, no matter the circumstance.
He’s in Redridge Mountains, which is contested territory. Instant PvP flag. You also get PvP flagged if you attack someone inside of friendly territory. There’s no reason why it shouldn’t be on.

Pretty sure Redridge is Alliance. Maybe it has been too long and I forgot.
Which is beside the point because this is true. Or it’s supposed to be. Attacking another player is supposed to immediately flag you for pvp.
Wouldn’t sinister strikes be greyed out if he had the player targeted but couldn’t attack?
It’s probably pay back for having a spit macro on your bars ….

Redrige is contested. Only Elevyn and westfall are Alliance teritory for humans
Yeah dude, I definitely spent an hour photoshopping it just to make a pointless thread.
Typical horde player, only attack players 25 + lower levels then they and then proceed to create a pvp music video using photoshop to edit other players level.
That’s for war mode in BfA, PvP-flagging in Classic can be enabled and disabled anywhere (it takes a few minutes until it’s disabled after you turn it off, but that’s neither here nor there).
Love the fact that people are completely ignoring the issue.
Also, you can tell it’s a level 8 based off the shadow pain damage? It’s doing 5 damage… lol.

Yes, Redridge is contested, but maybe he was still technically in Elwynn according to the game. One should be automatically flagged when attacking, but perhaps there’s a bug handling that.
Maybe it’s related to some other bug I saw the other day by the meeting stone of Uldaman. There was a level 40ish dwarf standing next to me who was not PvP flagged. I asked him and he said he had no idea, he had just come from Loch Modan. After interacting with some mobs and other players outside he finally got flagged.
