No1 is asking for a 100 % to drop combat you can see that by reading the thread.

You don’t know what you are talking about.
Feign Death is (should be) and always has been a 100% guaranteed combat drop unless resisted. You actually get a message when it is resisted and it is (should be) a very rare occurence against equal level npcs and players.
When you use feign death and it is not resisted your traps immediately become available, that has always been the way hunter worked.
By the way feign death is not just bugged in PvP, this bug also occurs in PvE. I think it might be a problem about ranging because it happens more frequently in melee. Just add it to the list, if there is still space
