Im trying to get attuned for Onyxia, but somehow the Crumpled up note is not ubtainable for me. ive completed the abandoned hope quest, ran the whole BRD, tried the mobs outside the instance. It just doesnt drop for me, how can i report this bug? maybe it has something to do with my charracter transfer to another server.
any help is appreciated.

It’s a random drop from the dwarfs if you are on the correct step In the quest line you can also get it from the dwarfs just outside the dungeon as well.
Run this macro to check what step the quest number will be on address bar in wow head so you check to make sure you are on the crumpled note part

Thanks for your reply, i did that macro, it says i did 4242 (abandoned hope) but did not complete 4264 (crumpled up note).

So you have handed 4242 at marshal Windsor so the note should drop and you need to click the note to accept the quest should be a white item crumpled note drops from the dwarfs
Check to see if you haven’t already got the note and put it in your bank by mistake
Maybe you were in a raid? Just guessing.
The droprate is quite high, don’t think one can have such a bad luck to not see it dropping after a full BRD. But I doubt it has anything to do with you transferring either. Thousands of people transfer servers.
