A few moments ago, we sent a hotfix to all Classic Era / Anniversary realms to address Naxxramas issues.
Please note that currently active instances of Naxxramas cannot be fixed. If you are currently inside Naxxramas, you must leave and soft-reset the instance for the fix to take effect.
There are still many issues with the client, besides Naxxramas. On Anniversary and Era servers we have some inventory / gear cooldown tracker that cannot be disabled with our Options availble.
And its the same one from Retail.
It’s overlapping with neccesary addons, such as OmniCC and it’s only possible to disable cooldown remaining for Action bars.
Gressil and THC weapon glow isn’t working either.
So for those of us who got their ID bricked will something be done? Like with BWL during P5?
Also, while you’re at it maybe look at why 1.15.8 made using a 1h + shield macro on a warrior makes the game hitch. Which it didn’t (at least not to this extent) on 1.15.7
And again, will something be done for those of us who raided before this hotfix. Or is our week just ruined for nothing?
WTB the rest of my character selection screen back aswell, 75% of it missing.
We wiped and lost world buffs in Naxx, raid ended and we were greeted with that server hotfix msg 10 min later in Org. Thanks a lot….
look at your grapic settings, for some people the UI scale got F’d and needs to be readjusted (that was the fix my guildys found for it)
dont worry, seems the most glareing bugs are still in there (4hman and raz are still dropping aggro)
Is command to swap between talent specs broken for everyone also? /run SetActiveTalentGroup(2) doesnt work for me
4 Horseman, Thaddius bugs still exist after this hot fix. We did soft-reset, and we got that issues. Patchwork, Anub’rhekan was fixed. The rest issues i am not sure not happens but I cannot say It was fixed.
Was Thaddius, Patch and Anub bugged? We cleared everything without any issue before this hotfix exept Horsemen where Mograine and Zeliek had threat reset on marks running to people on different bosses, like Zeliek > mage on safespot Mograine > on Healer on Lady
I heard that Raz could drop threat and we had no issue + that Maexanna would web MT wich never happend for us, but 4H was very wierd.
Where are the patch notes for this 1.15.8 release?
Why was it necessary to make an Era / Anniversary / HC release - with the risk of breaking everything (which you ofcause did anyway) and adding nothing new?
The bugged CD timer display even affects some auras shown by weakauras (like my BRE proc tracker). Interestingly there’s an option within weakauras to force-disable the timer display and this one works. For custom hotbar slots from Itemrack and Buttonforge it doesnt work, those also have the forced timer display.
My Trinketmenu, gearmenu + itemrack are screwed, some weakauras I use for dueling and PvP I can’t use either anymore due to “double timers” and the built in blizzard timers are really bad, you can barely see them.
If I use OmniCC to display cds properly, it overlaps and there is no way to turn it off at this moment.
I can only disable the timers for Action bars.
This is just a sign for people, who waits for so called “classic +”, they can’t re-launch old raid without any issues, this team can’t handle to maintain proper work of 20yo game, which classic plus you want from them?

Why are these issues happening in a 20 year old game?
Any reason why you are so vague in your statements? You broke Naxx encounters, broke macros, broke addons for era players. You didn’t fix it yet. Because you haven’t even playtested it before releasing and you don’t even know the new bugs, so how can you fix that? Despite NA players telling you it’s broken you still rolled it out for EU. So MoP got an update or something, and era got broken somehow? The incompetency is off the charts.
One step closer to private server. 3 russian guys in a basement can somehow run a better version of your game, really makes you wonder what it’s going on.
Tired of having to update addons, and having the game broken and now even changed boss mechanics for era, which you promised you would leave alone.
Tired of paying a monthly fee to beta test your game… Please, shape up. If you notice your patches isn’t working or causing other bugs for other versions, maybe rollback and hire a tester instead? Just an idea.
