Blizz needs to stick to their own rules… if the initial cast is just a buff and doesn’t do anything else, then it’s off gcd.
Blessing of the Seasons only grants a buff and so does Seraphim… and now there is no immediate damage to Execution Sentence, so that should be taken off too because it does its damage 8 seconds later!
Look, 3 spells that by Blizz’s own definition should not be on the gcd.

Yes but he also said that if this gets nerf which will most likely be the case it goes back to square 1. The problem is not the damage (like covenats) but the utility.

Some sustained and more mobility… and that would make the average Joe not get blown up in a few seconds.

If I see they’ve been drinking for at least the past 6 years and they’ve got a glass in hand, a bottle on the table and they’re in a bar then yeah I’m definitely not gonna assume they’re well on their way to recovery.
Classic was slow and boring. Didn’t even cap. Dying to a mob because the last 8 attacks were a miss, a dodge or a parry isn’t challenging and yes, that is my actual longest streak of not hitting something and not being able to do anything about it.
Way to miss the point though. I’d put the decimal at 14.2 since I’m not sure you’d be able to breathe if it was lower.
Edit: and if by Elitist you mean that I think I should be paid a hefty sum of gold if I’m carrying sorry slob excuses for a characters through content their throughput is clearly not fit for then yes, I’m elitist!

If it hinders ones performance by 10% for example (there are instances for even 50% fluctiations between covenants) thats not fun, beeing outperformed because of a aestetic taste isnt fun and the punishments are severe. Im starting to believe that the inhealthy one is you for beeing dangerously ignorant and no a simple “Im not (no U)” will not convince me other wise unless you actually can proove of having a very bassic and simple understaning of how the endgame works.
Encounters ofc, If everyone is DPS-in an AoE fight with ST abilities guess what that means, you got it kids Enrage timer. DPS checks exist you know, M+ love em or hate them are here as well. For the 1000 time you have no understanding what you are talking about, I respect your descion to not play at a higher level but a Normal dungeon is not a M+, nor is LFR a Heroic or Mythic raid.
I gave you a chanse to come and show me how you play when I offered you AotC and a +15 which you refused. I wnted you to see how these things actually work. Also i really dont need to see you play, the example i gave was if you and the raid of 20 Tahras were doing the things spot on, even in this scenario you are failing because you are not covering the DPS checks (which i can easily see due to Sims which are on themselves bloathet, even with the bloat you are failing the check).
With you disagreeing you are showing that either you do not understand it or a just a very unpleasant person who has not a drop of sympathy.
Covenats are a good systems is hyperbole, i can play this game aswell. So proove me wrong how it mine is hyperbole and your isnt.

Covenants will only enforce that behavior swapable or not, i would say that not swapable will on put way more pressure on it, its way easier to just swap for 1 run if needed than to just be declined endlesly. Also Blizzard cannot fix a behaviour, thats not Game dev or Companies Job, people choose themselves how to play a game, Blizzard is not some magical physcologist that can modify the player bases mentality with a wand, again people play however they see fit and if not they do not play.
I did not use either “leeching” or “slacking off” i said you arent pulling your weigh because you are not pulling the needed numbers. However there is an argument here, yes if you are not doing the bare minimum, like for example getting your R3 essesnses (which the game is tuned around btw) you are slacking off, there is something called Raid preparations or did you not know that ?
Just bringing it your level, i mean you are the one here that is calling people “obsessive” and “evil”. No one is telling you how to play, however if you want in i need to see that you are able to do it, by not having high enough ilvl, essenses and now covenants (things the game is tuned around) i am not tackin you in my group, this has nothing to do with you but the game. By introducing power game systems Blizzard can either tune to them or make the encounters trivial and boring, both of these are bad imo. If we didnt have systems it would only come down to ilv, spec and class where balance is far more easily reachable, and if we have balance we end discrimantion.
