Hey blizz why dont you just shutdown the mega server so the population gets spread out across the other servers again?
Great idea - close the mega-server instead of ruining the game for RPers! You’re smart!
Hello Microsoft, I am quite disappointed in you guys. First you open the RPG server 2 months later than the other servers. Then you offer free server transfer. So that the population dwindles. Now you close the only roleplay server, the only one. Just say that you don’t like roleplayers, we can turn away from you. Just like you turn away from us.
In this day and age, the server population doesn’t matter, many realms can run in parallel on one server, you just need to set the virtual memory. Why don’t you do that?
I am very unwilling to transfer to an antisocial realm.
Halli hallo! Celebras is NOT the only RP realm, and not the only one to be closed down. The same is going to happen to Hydraxian Waterlords and to Zandalar Tribe!

Let the RP servers survive.
Damn, when reading this I really regret to not have played on Celebras. Sounds wonderful.
But Hydraxian Waterlords is kinda similar except with a little less RP. But well, now they are both going to waste.
Thank you, finally! Now open Firemaw for transfers for accounts that already have max level character(s) on the server. Transfering vs creating a new one (which is allowed) makes no difference for server population and queue times. As for the argument with abusing AH prices on other servers and transfering to Firemaw with a lot of gold, just remove all the gold on characters transfering to Firemaw, simple as that!
I really hope it will turn out for good and you will have at least on Celebras a chance to play.
Though would be kind of funny if the roleplayers last exil would be a non english RP Server when Blizzard first would not even wanted to give another one.
I am not sure if Kaivax or any blue is reading this thread. I wrote on Reddit, especially for Celebras.
But if there is an active RP community left on Zandalar Tribe/Hydraxian Waterlords, who wants to fight for ther realms, too - feel free to join the thread.
Its for every RPler, but i did not want to speak for realms, i don
t know, which Communities i don`t know.
I’m npot on Reddit, so please speak for me - HW
Done
But I hope, they will interact with us here, in their own forum. Time will tell…
If i have a character on firemaw can i transfer my 70 hunter that’s on a pve realm to Firemaw when the transfers opens
Don’t know why I’m not allowed to give you a like, so here’s a verbal one <3
no, no transfer to Firemaw even if you already have toons there, rerolls allowed.
I can tell you that Russian PvP realms exepth Flamegor are dead as well. previous FCT wave made sure the last signs of life left them.
There is no restriction from PvP to PvE for paid transfers though and noone does that. You know why? Because mono factional pseudo PvP realms, like Gehennasare de-facto Horde PvE Megarealms. And people like when there is a broad choice of raid statics or reqruits to choose from. Untill PvP realms, like Gehennas become HvH, noone would transfer to tiny Horde communities on PvE realms.
You’re welcome
Mirage-Raceway horde community isn’t tiny.
You take warcraftlogs numbers as absolute, they are totally not.
There’s a large amount of guilds not logging but still our numbers are growing and yes ppl who did a paid transfer and a large amount of rerollers.
But if blizzard isn’t lifting the restriction PvP → PvE on free character transfers then what they do in essence is kill us PvE servers off.
Though it is unsure if this is because of no interest or because of West Sanctions.
Because as WoW is currently for the mass not available in Russia Allods Online is now flourishing.
Even if they would, you really think that sufficient number of players would use it as long as pseudo PvP Megarealms exist?
Don’t you mean pseudo PvE megarealms? They’ll still be PvP realms, i’ve seen enough insane and deranged PvP players back in the day to know what can happen.
