Maybe, but it is likely to take less time. Two weeks is worst case.

All those realms consolidated onto Mograine yet a /who result on Mograine Alliance shows 15 characters level 1-70.
why is everybody talking about “merging”? Wouldn’t that imply that everything which existed in these closed relams would be moved to the merged realm? Including guild bank space which was bought with the playing time of all our members and is now lost because celebras is not merged into HW but deleted and just the characters are moved.

We can still create and play characters on Shazzrah & Judgement. Did the consolidation for these realms fail?

This whole thing and how it has been dealt with has been “a mistake”. Really, this is literally the worst way it could of been dealt with. Minimum information or communication relating anything regarding this matter. How is it even possible to be this unprofessional?!

Blizz’s word is ‘consolidated’ which is just fancy-pantese for merged, but yes: Transferred or moved describes what happened - even force-moved would be apt. No merging happening.

Some are, I think they begin with the level 1 ones as mine arrived ones are level 1. 
So, I literally just resubbed after skipping TBC so I can prep for WOTLK and Noggenfogger is missing from the list and Mograine doesnt have my characters. What now.

Just came back a few days ago and now finally got some time to play some Wow. Shame if I’ve got wait two weeks for that. What a waste of time

I guess they only shut down the realms, and will start with the transfers today/tomorrow, when they get back at work.
More time if something goes wrong
The chars are not there, because they are still on the now deactivated realms.
Dottie still going hard sucking blizzard c0ck for nothing in return.
Changing source realms for no reason.
False advertising destination realms.
Changing destination realms the moment the old ones get removed.
Deleting hundreds of guild banks.
Mograine being populated by 100% horde meaning all alliance players still cannot play the game.
Transfers to Firemaw still being locked.

Who comes up with the idea to transfer 4 German servers into English ones? Sorry Blizz but have you now left all the good spirits?
How stupid can you be? There is a reason that someone plays on a German server! and now he should suddenly play on an English server or pay a char transfer? WTF!!!
This again bad decision of Blizzard must have come from the same person who said Diablo Immortal will be a good game!

I can’t transfer from Stonespine… Server is gone, but still up in classic, but not available for transfer… why is this? “shop is currently unavailable”
Because you are too late. Stonespine is already offline and your characters will be moved to Morgraine over the course of the next two weeks. Blizzard just didn’t tell anybody outside these forums…
yup, speaking of the german rp realm celebras all this was completely unnecessary. if only blizzard communicated with us and like asked if we were happy on celebras or if we’d rather play on another realm! gosh, they even could see that for themselves because free transfers were up for like half a year now and people still decided to stay on celebras. same for zandalar tribe. by now it’s clear that blizzard wanted these realms to die, otherwise they would have open up free transfers to the realms instead of off. and then the way they handled the consolidations regarding guilds and guild banks. as i said before, it is just a big middle finger towards us, the paying community.

And can you change servers when WoTLK is coming?
Because Blizzard knows better what we actually want. Blizzard knows we are actually secretly unhappy with how low it is on Celebras and just have problems to let go so we need to be forcefully saved so we realize it can be so much better and we could be so much happier.
This may or may not be sarcasm as I may or may not be a mad genius that finally sees behind the curtain,
