I bought a race change for this character and the payment went through + I got a receipt emailed to me, but I got an error in the ingame browser straight after and my race change never happened. No option appeared or anything.
I’ve raised a ticket, but it’s almost been two days now and I’ve had no response - it still just has the ‘Opened’ status… it’s pretty frustrating considering it’s something I paid quite a decent amount of money for!
Is there any GMs on here that can help? Or anyone who has any advice?
This might explain it a bit more - it was in response to a specific case, but the same could apply to you and explains why you get the confirmation email but it can still fail.

I suggest you try all the suggestions as that’s what the first answer to your ticket will suggest.
I really, really don’t hope they just respond with a generic response like that after waiting so long. The payment was definitely taken, was definitely successful and it’s showing in my Battle.net account as going through correctly.
Unfortunately the forum won’t let me post links, otherwise id show a screenshot of my transaction history. It’s showing on there and the purchase is showing as ‘Complete’.
As I said in my last reply, I have checked my transaction history and the order status is ‘Complete’. I also have a £19 charge on my current account, for which the funds have been successfully paid.
There can be rare cases where a successful purchase for a paid service doesn’t actually generate the service in question. Creating a ticket for this was the correct thing to do, and someone will be with you to resolve this for you very soon, if they haven’t been already.
