I think removing PvP is the best solution.

Good that at least on unconcious level you admit that its broken and even compair it to the other broken items who were rightfully nerfed, so did the ring.

Had PvP on the first line, so… thought was about PvP.
I dislike everyone who camp dungeon entrances, Flight paths or quest givers just to waste other peoples time.
so i always strive to poke Pvpers whenever i can

Heya, easiest solution to this if unwilling to participate in pvp is to use wm off from the talent tree pages bottom right corner. This warmode on/off setting either makes your character targetable for pvp or nontargetable. There is no need for anybody to be salty or in general dislike other people playing different game modes if all use the tools provided to us properly to only participate in the specific content they wish to participate in 
The setting looks like this and the effects of using it or not using it are minimal except the fact how it makes one nontargetable for other players if wishes to quest or the like without pvp.
