Dlock will be pumping dmg whole dungeon long

Dlock will be pumping damage when infernal is off cd to fuel shards into RoF spam.

The problem with balance in this particular case is that its not due to destruction being overpowered, its because set introduces extreme synergy that allows shard generation to a class that is otherwise very often shard starved. You remove any part of that synergy and the entire spec might very well end up being bottom of the list.

That’ll teach em. And it’ll still be more usefull then Arms Warrior 4 set
