The Arathi Warfront set is already available and obtainable by doing the “First Warfront Win” quest once per warfront cycle, so once every 3 weeks.
Guess what, that is the content that rewards it, and i have been doing it since the start of BFA… i only said that timegating the posibility of obtaining a set that is already designed and implemented to a 3 week cycle by winning 1 warfront, while also having a chance to get a duplicate item, is a bad design in itself.
Instead Blizzard can make this Transmog available by making the Heroic Warfront a mean to obtain it… either by getting tokens from them that you can exchange for one of the item appearances, or by having a random chance after finishing a heroic Warfront to get one of the items.
So as far as “crying on the forums and insulting other who put some work to achieve something” to quote you, I ALREADY PUT IN THE WORK TO GET IT, it’s just a bad system overall.
And again, for every person with a single digit IQ out there, i am not talking about the PvP set, i’m talking about the Warfront set. This is probably the third or fourth time i’m explaining this and i fear it won’t be the last time.

I had the same idea just some weeks ago, or with the Heroic Warfront wins or just by replacing the appearance from the Faction Assualt (but in this case it would only work for the Arathi Warfront one for now unless there will be more Assaults linked to the other Warfronts), it would be good to get more chances to obtain it.

So what you are crying about have a live analog now in game.
As i am sure you are aware - timewalking x 5 dungeons reward you a piece of dazal alor raid gear, and I got crown from Opulance tmog without doing any raid content. Same catch up mechanics to give a non raiders a chance to get some tmog models ( + 385 ilvl can be considered as an upgrade for someone too i guess )
It has almost the same period of time to get this quest as Arathi warfront - once a reset chest - with elite model but different, lets call it filthy casual colour tint ( for the sake of elitism =) )
So why dont you cry here that you want a very heroic timewalking event to spam it and get all Dazal alor armor and weapon?

Maybe it’s because you can get the raid gear from raiding every week, if you want. I don’t know, maybe? 
The elite warfront set recolour meanwhile doesn’t have another source. It’s time gated and has RNG on top of it. Having it drop from the heroic warfront would reduce the time waiting.
Not only that, the request is for better chances for harder content. Heroic warfronts will be harder than normal warfronts, so your comparison is not apt. TW is easier than raiding, so you get a piece of normal raid gear every couple of weeks, less reward for less effort. The OP is asking for better chances at a reward for more effort and I don’t see anything wrong with that.

You should really consider thinking twice, or maybe getting some knowledge about how a system works before posting something; getting trasmogs from raiding is different because you can target bosses wich have their very own loot table. You need the Warrior T13 Heroic Chest piece? Ok, you run Dragon Soul and you can stop after Ultraxion because this is the boss that drop it, you will eventually get it because of the limited loot table of the boss. For the Warfront is completely different, the loot table from the caches it contains atleast 11 items, and you can get basically all of them in a 1:1 ratio (wich is another thing that it doesn’t happen in running old raids, you kill a boss and you loot X things instead of only one).
Now think about this: what will happen when the Warfronts will no longer be current content? How many time you will need to wait before it will goes live again (because less peoples will do the contribution cycle obviously), how many time you will need before you win it? Because Warfronts are a content supposed to be played by 20 peoples, yes the level cap will be higher so you will kill faster, but you still will need to farm alot of Iron and Wood to build up the various buildings, and you have to wait the respawn of the resources that drop them.
So alot of work just to get maybe the same Wrists you looted 15 times in a row.
That’s all, farming trasmog from old raids is different, you can target the boss and you KNOW what they drops, you could just need more time to get it, the cache system is different, the only thing comparable with them are the caches you can get from the Garrison / Class Hall raid missions (wich are, again, caches)

Everyone has a certain amount of play time, commitments, and more.
I’m not interested about item lvl, I’m here just for discuss about ROW3, spending a lot of time for wait between warfronts, “dropping double items”.
If i go on like this, maybe in 2 years I’ll be able to get it set.
Here nobody cries, it’s just a break of balls wait a long time and then find themselves dry-mouthed.

I leveled 3 more cloth characters purely for the elite warfront set quest, managed to get the arathi one but i’ve been getting duplicates from the darkshore version.
The last 2 times i’ve got 2 pairs of pants and 2 pairs of boots. Bit disappointing tbh.
