First of all I am not asking to have achieved in Classic 20th anniversary nor TBC.
Achievements is not the same as Achievements tracking.
I am asking to enable to this server the tracking of the achievements so when Classic WOTLK 20th launch (if it launches) everyone will receive correct retroactive achievements granted. That when that expansion launches the level 60 or 70 achievement will say the correct date in which that character reached those levels, instead of PreWOTLK launch. Because the game should track any achievement during Classic and TBC and once WOTLK launches use that information to grant the retroactive achievement with the correct date. So, if I reach level 60 in 27th January 2025 it will track that achievement and if for example WOTLK launch in May 2027 I will inmediatly receive that achievemnt by the date 27th January 2025.
In the original retail WOTLK it was obvious that retroactive achievements couldn’t be possible because they didn’t know in advance those things will exists.
In Classic 2019 not having retroactive achievements was a minor incompetence but understandable. We can argue that they didn’t know it Classic would progress or die. Although the moment they started working on TBC they should have already included achievements tracking for the future WOTLK.
Now in this new version there is no excuse. They already have the module code of all Classic versions from Vanilla to Cataclysm. Achievement tracking has already developed for Classic so they must enable it.
