Play league of legends for a couple of years!
Haven’t played that one, may be it explains my lack of this BiS M+ ability.
Years of league have upped my toxicity levels to the point that people leave as soon as I join without saying a word

It will work. Because players must be punished for acting like jerks. If you don’t want to suffer the penalty then don’t leave a team hanging. WOW has become a game full of elitist jerks and their tail feathers needs to be clipped.
