blizzard can we please use normal mount fly in dragonflight ?
I think it’s ok, we can fly on the drogan, but I would like a normal fly mount

What’s your reason behind it? If you learn how to do it properly, it’s so much faster than the normal flying mounts. Going from Valdrakken to any zone takes seconds pretty much if you know how to use the abilities. I was quite bad at it yesterday, but now with all glpyhs unlocked, it’s actually so amazing.
The only reason I would understand you, is that you can just mount up, press autopilot and voila, you can afk inbetween. But in reality, you have flight points for that matter.

I haven’t unlocked dragonflying yet but from what little I have seen of it and what I have read, It would be nice to have normal flying. Even though I’m looking forward to giving it a go, but if you suffer from motion sickness or have a disability that limits your mouse inputs I can understand why old flying is better.
Not everyone wants to fly around at the speed of light in the new area’s, miss chests/map bosses etc. There’s no hover in DF so you can’t check map and resume your flying. Also let’s not forget some people like to take thier time and take in the surroundings.
I understand why DF is in the new expac but it wouldn’t be hard to have the old flying added as an option for those that wish to use it.
No one is asking for the old flying to have it’s speed increased or anything just the option to jump on a flying mount we spent more time and/or gold on to use rather than the 4 quest reward given dragons that have only taken people a few hours to get.

They’ve said it will be unlocked during the expansion I’m hoping for 10.1 but 10.2 is more realistic.
My issue with the new system is that they seem to be putting Quest givers and objective on the top of cliffs (perhaps to make Soar easier) but finding how to get up there if you don’t manage to land right on top of them is a pain.
I’d be happy for them to remove flying from future expansions if they started making zones like they did back in 2010, Old Barrens, Zangamarsh, Dragonblight etc. were easily navigated on ground mounts and yet weren’t just flat squares.

It’s not about using a bot (Honestly I don’t need one as I don’t ore/herb farm as its not enjoyable for me) It’s about having the choice. Just like Fishing/Mount farming is a choice for people. You don’t need to do it but people like the option.
If you want to get on the topic of using bot’s it is mostly eastern Europeans who use them and then think they are god like because they buy their power to stomp over people and content.

Dragon riding is a gimmick and a bad one at that,not all WoW players just raid and run keys,some find enjoyment in farming mats and crafting so in that sense Dragon riding is just a huge cluster duck.

Please no. With Dragonriding there is now a reason to use ground mounts AND flying for those who want to. We never had that before. Its perfect.

Plus I think its the first time in History that Druids dont have a huge advantage when gathering. Now other classes can gather too without feeling like they are gimping themselves.
Maybe there wont even be 50% Druids now. (although I still see mostly Druids out in the open World).

Dude no offense, maybe you’re not using bot, but I guess at least 50% of people who complain about dragon flight system do. I’m biased because I’m a huge fan of new system.

In mining you can spend 35 profession points and mine while riding a mount. I think same works for other gathering professions.

It just goes too fast. No time to check the map or something to see where you need to go. All enjoyments of relaxed flying and looking around is gone too. Can not change the camera angle even. Motion sickness too.
It is flight points for me, and a ground mount. I actually really like it my val sharah unicorn is in an area where it can jump instead of lift off
