Can you boost an existing character?

Hello guys with all info around now its still not clear to me if we can boost an existing char or we make a ‘new’ char who is insta 58.

For example: if i make a char now and stuff his bank full with mats for professions + train fishing to 75, will i be able to boost him to 58 at prepatch? Or does the char has to be completely ‘fresh’?

It’s 100% clear. You can boost existing character.

Also it is not free, have to pay for your one boost per Warcraft account.
