Can you guys stop trying to trigger an epileptic attack on me thanks

i try to turn off red flashes for when i get attacked or under combat or when im low HP

yet its bugged and keeps reappearing every now and then so i have to turn in On and off again just to make it stop

can you guys fix this? this thing is so annoying i wish it didn’t exist. and pretty sure it didn’t even exist back in the day or on any of the private vanilla servers

please fix or remove so i don’t have to worry about dying thanks

There’s an option in Interface options. Can’t remember where sorry. I haven’t experienced that in a long time.

i have, and yet it keeps appearing. the only way to make it stop is to check the option off and on again

Same thing happened to me when tried to turn Show Target of Target on. Sometimes I realize I don’t see the target, and when I check the menu, it checked off again.

I don’t suppose you got some addons that also interfere with these settings? I am fairly sure deadly boss mobs has this flash effect. I personally do not have it flash, least I don’t think I do.

You could also download advancedinterfaceoptions and see if you can deselect it from there too.

It indeed is under the Interface Options=>Combat=>Do not flash screen at low health…and press Okay.

if you cant fix it at all,
go to your wow folder and delete WTF and INTERFACE folder so you can reset the game. server settings can be reset from the character creation screen or the battle.net launcher.

if you have trouble trust me you can check about these folders on official guides. :slight_smile:

if you delete those folder you will reset everything including addons, settings etc etc so if you want to keep your addon settings keep the addon folder as backup

or try an addon like leatrix that has i think option for that

I have this problem as well. If you are out of combat, have minimap up(!), you get in combat - the whole screen starts flashing.

The interface option “Do not flash at low health” does not help.
