Cannot create a PTR account

I’ve followed the required steps. Although it says Account Created successfully I still don’t see an active PTR account in the Game Accounts tab. After a couple of tries I now get the message that I have reached the maximum number of PTR accounts and I cannot create any more although I still don’t see any on my account page or launcher.

Exactly the same for me.

I created PTR Account - didnt work then created a starter account and it worked - starter account is above the PTR account option
