Same here, got disconnected whilst in Wow Classic in a SM Run, Noggenfogger Realm. Can’t get into retail either but all other blizzard games are working other than WOW.

Tried changing public address at router (I’ve got 2 addresses from ISP) - nothing.
Changed local PC address (for in case if Blizz client pools you at remote services using somehow local IP as some sort of cookie) - nothing.
Switched ISP (I’ve got 2 for just in case) - nothing.
Now I’ve shut all the Battlenet and WoW applications for the next 30mins hoping it some server-side caching bound me to some non-working service at Blizz and and the cache will go off in these 30mins.
Waiting suxx.
It is the DDoS, that is pretty inescapable. What is indefensible however is Blizzard’s absolute silence. We really do seem to be Second Class customers in the EU zones. An update would be good. What is the bloody point of having Blues if they never post on subjects apart from to say what their favourite type of damned cookie is. At least give us an idea what is going on, if we were Yanks we’d be getting continual updates, in fact as a Brit, I’m paying -more- for my Sub than an American, can I get a better level of service please?
Also can we actually -have- some Blues who can post on the EU forums, we had one a bit ago, Aerythlea, but they seem to have vanished.
I -know it is whichever odious little turd caused the DDOS, and yes, I do wish a fair degree of suffering upon them, possibly forcibly dipping their glans into a pot of aftershave, having them beaten, and hung naked outside Blizzard’s Offices on a faux crucifix after having given them some narcotics to make sure their ‘manhood’ looks as small as possible then filming it and going viral with it, so for the rest of their lives they are known as “That small d*ck guy”, But even so, I would like -Some- information from Blizzard.

Same issues come out of instance, sever gandling on classic wow yet all my mates are playin and am just stuck not bale to connect

same here. got on the boat in BB and i got an error ??? aborted. instance not found then i tried to log into another acc and couldnt connect to any realm but it only seems to be my PC because i signned into my laptop to check and its working fine, i also named my WTF and Cache to get a fresh folder and its the same…
just tried to log in again after 4 hours of waiting and playing some other amazing (crappypoopoosinceicarnttypewhatiwant) game by a company who shall remain anonymous for their safety “Blizfuewwyyy”. excuse my sneezing thereand lo and behold STILL no luck. At least they cant say they updated the drop rate of this particular item 
since we are all dropping like hot cakes now.
ok so for those of you who don’t have work tomorrow morning good luck trying to get back on and for those of us who do have work again after yet ANOTHER disappointing night failure by said company to give any updates or news other than the standard BS response that the issue looks like it is resolved however their are still some slight issues for some users and yet we all know there f###in lying. hopefully it will be all sorted by tomorrow. good night world

I have a theory on that. They are generally people without much in the way of social skills, but very gifted in terms of their technological understanding, my Ex-Wife was the same (Not as in she did DDoS attacks, good grief no), but she was better with cold logic and machines than people, however sometimes people are not -happy- with the fact that they are somewhat socially unimportant in their circle of compadres, so seek the need to find a way of -being- important. Blizzard is a big company, a worldwide company, what could make them feel more adequate, more of a person, than humbling such a colossus.
Unfortunately, this has a reverse effect. No one else sees it that way, this may be due to a mental disorder the person has that does not allow them to process normal emotions (That isn’t mockery, just the way it is), or the euphoria of the moment, but either way it is short lived, as they suddenly realise that nobody thinks they are ‘clever’ for what they did, in fact everyone -hates- them for what they did, and if they are American, they have just committed a felony.
Essentially it is social awkwardness coupled with Ability, Spite, and a complete lack of social empathy. Ideally these people should be in hospitals, not behind computer screens…
Where is the freakin response from the shi theads?! How convenient to just block a bunch of users, not say sh it about it, maybe in a few days well get a response on the tickets saying that there was an issue that they were trying to fix. Same thing when they made 2 pvp servers available for classic, when now there is 15 full. Always some bullsh it excuse, 0 resolution. Oh and any type of compensation is a big ‘maybe’ and ‘in the future we will see…’. This is a PAID service, not fuc kin charity
i would just like to add to this that it is a conspiracy. the persons involved are being hired by the electric companies to attack these large companies knowing that we will all stay up and chat about it on social sites instead of logging off and spending time with our families and rack up MASSIVE bill on top of our monthly subs to blizzard for not being to do anything because A. the servers are broken B. the servers are broken and or C. the servers are broken (even thought the stress test was a Hugh success and no one had any problems). LMAO…
