Dear blizzard support,
Since pre-patch went live all my class trials on my account even though they had time on them are now locked and cannot login, I had in one of them Papi on AH which after not accessing to mail after 30 days it gets deleted on my mail from my class trial char on French realm named as ahkokt if I am not mistaken, so please help me recover the pet or give me access to it, thanks

Class Trial characters are currently disabled as we work to resolve a related issue. For more info, keep an eye on the support article here:

Please keep in mind that Class Trial characters are not intended to be used as banking/storage/AH alts though, and support may not be able to recover losses incurred as a result of doing so.
That said, hopefully the underlying problem can be resolved quickly now so that you can log in and pick up any pending mail.
Well, I will keep that in mind and I would be happy if my class trials get unlocked before the AH mail gets expired, because I didn’t know those facts about class trials characters shouldn’t be kept for such purposes.
Did you read the FAQs on class trials, they aren’t a free boost.
