As the title says im trying to get my voidwalker but the summining circle doesnt appear i have tried all the solutions listed such as abandoning the quest / turning PvP on and off but the circle does not appear, has anyone else had this problem and sorted it out? At a loss as to what to do

Its difficult to know what you have been trying to do and where you have been going so I apologise if Im saying stuff you already know.
The circle is always there as far as I know, its down in the stone crypt place under the slaughtered lamb inn, its easy to miss it, your best bet is to type “wow quest the binding” into youtube
Yea thats exactly what i did i youtube’d it when it didnt appear, im definitely in the correct room with the human by the back wall just the circle isnt there, i heard other people complaining about it in trade chat as well
Silly question perhaps but have you completed the pre quest to get the choker from the ex apprentice in elwynn?
Worst case scenario, abandon the quest and start your most current part again. Should work
