Can't connect to Battle.net

I was in game and game suddenly crashed. Now can’t connect to Battle.net , it says “Oops something went wrong” it doesn’t even display the news. Can’t connect either. It says “Connecting…” in the top right.
My internet is perfectly fine tho
I rebooted my PC and my router. It still doesn’t work.

That reminded me of cancelling my sub :+1:

They still haven’t adressed properly lag on login and on switching servers, and now this.

Same here, seems to be related to SFR service provider.
Others on the french speaking forum have suggested using a vpn is a temporary solution.

I used a solution given in a french forum, it works with a VPN. I used a free one : Proton VPN. Work perfectly in 5 min !

I dislike paying for a bogus experience.

Just in case it helps, you could try the steps in this Support Article

  1. Be sure to enter the Battle.net account email address and password correctly.

  2. If your login information is saved, try re-entering your Battle.net account email and password.

  3. If the issue persists, try resetting your Battle.net password.

  4. Deleting the Battle.net cache folder can resolve problems with the logon module.

  5. If you have an Authenticator, visit our BLZBNTBGS8000000F article.
