I have a warlock thats ilevel370 and i keep getting rejected when trying to join a m+2 group lmao. This is the result of giving gear to every noob. I cant progress in this game anymore. People with close to 400ish join m+2s wth? At 400ish you should be pushing m+10 this is so retarded.
Yes, but they can’t win a +10 without overgearing it by 20 ilvls because they click their spells and backpeddle like a dude in a vanilla PvP video…

Sure, because higher ilvl players are not allowed to queue for +2s? It’s up to the leader, not the ilvl of the players that queue.

A 370 warlock for 375 content is more than enough, but quite often they do terribly low damage on random packs and only shine on bosses (my experience with random warlocks - no clue why). So perhaps that’s less wished for this week. Check the “chill” runs, they usually care less.
Besides, there’s a Mythic-dung-quest this week, meaning more players doing the content just for the fast zergs = higher ilvl i guess that queue up.

My moonkin gear is 395, and I’d still happily run a +2 because I’m looking for some feral/bear upgrades and +2s are fast and stress-free. They can also reliably be done in a PUG. I do +10 only with friends and guild mates.
If I posted a +2 key in LFD, I’d probably also take the highest ilvl people that apply, and especially this week there is likely no shortage of applicants.
It’s generally best to do M+ content of any type with friends. Much less hassle, friends are happy to trade gear, and it’s more social.
As you are only aiming for a +2 why not do your own key? Go do a M0 get a key and do that one.
You also have to remember when you sign up for an M+ that dps are the largest group of players. For every spot there are lots and lots of players. It’s their perogative who they pick to go with them.
Don’t you have friends or guildies you could do some keys with. This is by far the simplest solution. Or you can join one of the keystone communities that will just go with anyone.

Why do you complain about the requirement of other people’s groups but refuse to make your own?
what I love the most personally is when people ask for more than the ilvl that the normal version of a raid drops
in a normal raid run
but in all honesty it’s perfectly normal because DPS are the easiest to find if you queued as a tank/healer and are even undergeared chances are they’ll take you because there’s a shortage - meanwhile while you’re queued there’s another 2-3 people queued as DPS so there’s more choice
It makes sense to me. When (if) I PUG a raid, I only do it because I’m missing a piece of gear or want something for a second spec, and my regular group/guild isn’t doing the raid anymore (or that week). It’s not for progression.
As other have pointed out already. If everything fails. Just make your own group. While its not a +10(where there can be like 20-30 dps in queue for 1 spot), There was still more dps than the available spots. So the raid leader had the luxury of picking the best in the list. Reasons why he didnt take your lock are infinite.

Presuming your 100% pugging and not going with friends/guildies/community. 400 for an +10? Please…you need at least 900+(some might even argue 1k+) for people to even take your signup seriously for a +10.

But yes, try to get your own key in a M0

If horde i can tank for you anything up to a 7/8 im comfy with on my 390 pala after that i start getting nervous .
On alliance i have a druid tank 380ish if you need help.
dude. I can’t even join mythic 0 with my demon hunter which has 374 ilvl. I have to create a lobby myself every time.
Today i saw friends and guild members joining different groups for raid. One was a normal raid with item level requirement of 385. the other was heroic with 380. People are weird.
Thing is 370 atm is really low even for someone that just playes the game casually.
Start a group for a m+ and have a look for yourself. Why would you take a 370 geared guy when you can invite a 390+ for a m+ 2? its just the state of the game with all the free 400 rng loots.

I do lower mythic + all the time as a tank or dps, sometimes I’m just bored.
Sure it is. I have a Warlock at 366 and I have no problems at all. 
At the beginning of season to all the 390-400 ilvl players speed-cleared M+2s for the tidalcore material which is needed for the new crafting items. Also that specific group might not want a warlock cuz they are all leather/plate and want bigger chance of gear. OR they simply just want to 3-chest the key to quickly raise the lvl and get a higher lvl.
You can also get friends or create your own group to do keys to get your RIO score up which will show people that you are competent enough to join their keys.

Just make your group and you can carry anyone with with 370 gear
