I am missing a spark fragment and can’t obtain it in any ways I could think of.
So at week X (when people could get 3 full sparks, equivalent to 6 spark fragments) I did weekly titan fragment and pinnacle chest quests but didn’t get the 6th fragment. I opened the support ticket that week and got generic responses that the bug is widely known yada yada.
2 resets later (today) at week X+2 (when players zoom with 4 sparks or 8 spark fragments) I am still left with 7 fragments.
