Yea, I’m trying to get in touch with NACS atm to see if they can help. The EUCS is handling this terribly.
Ordinarily I wouldn’t care about how long its taking, however, this is a build-up phase to an expansion and its not time people can get back again. This should have been resovled the moment a single report came in about stuck characters, people shouldn’t even be needing to submit tickets at this point. It should have just been sorted out immediately, even if that meant they had to restart the servers again.
Is there anyway to get a refund on subscription bought, 3 days of 50% xp boost gone that can not be replaced.

i dont get the lack of communication. it is not enough just to say yeah we are aware and be patient.
Probably because its so close to the weekend and they want to try and get away with making people wait until next Tuesday. They can bugger off if thats the case. They owe us Sub time bare minimum if we’re to wait that long.
There’s 6 days left on my sub, if this isn’t resolved before the weekend I’d strongly consider not resubbing for Wrath.

Joking aside, there’s a rolling restart soon. Hopefully that fixes all of our character stuck issues. It’s scheduled for 18:00 PDT which is in 14 minutes as of this post (fingers crossed ladies and gentlemen)

Server reset has done it. Can log my char again. Now I have wasted 1 day game play on this char. I hope to get 1 day game time back ![]()

Lost 1½ day when a simple restart would have fixed it for everyone… expecting compensation.
