Same issue, Also Poland and Vectra. Traceroute shows that the connection freaks out somewhere in Germany and just times out. Tried all troubleshooting blizz recommends, nothing helped. Made a ticket with details, hope they fix it. OFC sub keeps ticking down when it’s not issue on our end, gotta make that mulah while ignoring customers. Recently came back and this is already making me consider quitting even though I am having fun with the game. Not to mention Tarren Mill’s outrageous server lags during peak times, since maintaining a working server is apparently too hard. What do we even pay for? Getting spat in the face?
Poland and vectra, also problem. Battle.net work fine but in game i have many problems. World serwer down, stuck in loading screen. It happend form yesterday.
VPN to Great Britain seems to work form me.
yesterday I got stuck with my demojn hunter in AZMOURNE after killing arthas, this is ivent dragonflight with portal and Soridormi when I wanted to click on portal loading screen appeared but character didn’t go through portal and I’m still standing on the other side of portal and message is displayed WORLD SERVER IS DOWN although servers are online. I have several characters and today I wanted to log in to Mage I left it in The Hall of the Guardians is the order hall for mage class. I can’t go back to any city, heartstone doesn’t work loading screen just loads and I’m still in the same place. I did clear cache files, I reinstalled game and launcher and installed it again. I can’t enter game with any character.
Oh well, they don’t like our money, but some have too much of it. If it was them, I want to hear from Blizz. In the meantime feel free to post good VPN ISP worth buying from.
Same here, Poland and Vectra. Seems like isp problem. I can log in when using mobile data from different isp.
yes and no, it is connected to specific ISPs like Vectra, but its widespread among multiple providers in multiple countrries as I can read from many posts on the forum. So it is rather a thing on the blizzard end after recent update, because that is what it started
Seems like somehow Blizzard screwed up servers and it’s blocking specific network providing companies - mine is Vectra… I used mobile network connection to log in and it went through, as if nothing happened.

But also on other Classic server I have my characters. Creating new character or checking other servers does not help.
Have no add ons, also resetred my interface. Didn’t help
Finally my problem is solved. Here is what happened:
1- The answer from a GM to do this: 1. Right click on your Windows Start Menu, and select “Command Prompt (Admin)” or just search for Command Prompt and right click, run as administrator.
2. Now type in or copy and paste, “netsh int ip reset” Press Enter.
3. Then do the same for “netsh winsock reset”
Once it’s complete, you’ll need to restart the computer to complete the reset.
2- Before computer reset i also did other CMD commands such as IP renew flush DNS which you can find it here https://eu.battle.net/support/en/article/82450
3- I change my DNS from 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 back to auto.
4- Reset the computer and tried but i didn’t work out.
5- A quick network reset and restart my computer and BINGO!
Yesterday I did most of these things several times but it didn’t work and today somehow worked out.
I’m using ethernet with windows 11 desktop.

I have a problem with logging into a character in World of Warcraft. I tried to enter the game on different computers with different internet access (cable, wifi, 5g), with background applications disabled, with antivirus disabled with cache cleared, interface, wtf. The only characters I can enter are low-level characters that do not require an active subscription. When I try to enter the game with another character I mostly get the message “World server down”, less often “You have been disconected. (WOW51900328)” or the game stops at the loading screen when the bar is loaded (I tried waiting more than 30 minutes). I’d like to point out that when turning on a low-level character it also doesn’t always succeed in starting and the same errors pop up, while I haven’t yet managed to log on to any character at max level. Sometimes when turning on the game, the WoW application does not turn on the character list, but immediately writes that I have been disconnected. The internet works fine and the Battlenet app itself also works as normal, I can log in without any problems. The problem does not apply only to WoW - turning on, for example, Diablo II Remastered pops up the message “You have not been online in the last 30 days. Please start the game while online to check for any login agreements”. In contrast, a paradoxical situation occurs when I turn on Diablo IV - I log in and play normally.
I should add that I can check all my data on account.battle.net but the support tab does not open as well as I can’t open support tab on the low lvl character, therefore I can’t submit a ticket ingame. I’ve seen a few people having the same exact issues on wow Reddit, but there’s no solution yet.
I have no idea what else I could do, any kind of help will be grealy appreciated!!

What’s going on? for me it’s been 2 days. It seems many ppl are facing the same issue. what is this? why aren’t they doing anything about it?!
I have the same problem since yesterday around 6pm. Also Vectra, I’ve called them and got info that they know about it and were working on it (since like 1pm).
I changed BN version to beta and game was running normally. When i back , i have the same problem again. I repeated it and on beta version BN was good. Try it.
Same problem from yesterday Poland - Burning Legion server, nothing work try almoust everything (don’t have vectra).

same here also Vectra Poland. I’ve send out the ticket to Vectra too I think so do people should too since I don’t belive they will take care of it right away unless there are plenty of tickets.
