Gonna start my tomorrow morning with resigning with Vectra and signing in contract with other ISP. Vectra is so sheet.

Same here. Few days ago the game work fine. Today is tragic. World server is down or disconnected. Cant send support ticket because they refer me to this forum . Use vectra Poland net. BLIZZ DO YOUR JOB AND SOLVE THE PROBLEMS

Hi. The same issue since thursday. I have also Vectra provider. Everything besides Battlenet/WoW works. It is really weird, because when I connect to my mobile network WoW works without any problems. How to log to WoW manually without Battle.net? Because every time I try to open WoW manually it will open through Battlenet.

Same here, also north Poland, and also Multimedia/Vectra. Third day with problems. Apparently blizz dont care about money i paid, but hey its not a problem, instead of them, ill pay GGG for PoE2 :slight_smile:

I just open wow.exe directly with bnet closed but turned out to be red herring - sometimes works sometimes doesn’t. So far only VPN truly works.

Got same issue, cannot enter the game server using my wi-fi in Poland, but works well when you use mobile hotspot.
Will it be fixed? I see on this thread many people faced this problem
Would changing the ISP help?

I tried this metod with no effect:

  1. Completely exit World of Warcraft.
  2. Uninstall any addon managers to make sure they don’t re-add your removed addons.
  3. In the Blizzard Battle.net desktop application, click Options (the cogwheel next to Play button) and select Show in Explorer (WindowsÂŽ) or Reveal in Finder (MacÂŽ).
  4. Open the World of WarcraftÂŽ folder.
  5. Open the folder for the game version you’re troubleshooting (retail, classic_era, or classic)
  6. Rename the Cache, Interface, and WTF folders to CacheOld, InterfaceOld, and WTFOld.
  7. Re-launch World of Warcraft so the changes can take effect.
    It’s been a week and the game time is not free

I also tried many methods, such as changing the DNS, re-install game, clearing the cash, reloading wi-fi and so on…
Nothing helped, only when I connect to wow via mobile network - wow works.
But when I connect using my Poland wi-fi I can’t connect to wow game server.
Initially I could enter the server but I couldn’t enter arena match or some portals, but now I can’t enter server, I see this issue specific to Poland, I hope Blizzard fixes it

Issue is confirmed to be on Multimedia/Vectra, they are currently working on solving the problem. It’s not only world of warcraft/blizzard; Multimedia/Vectra clients can’t connect to many gaming related servers.
