Can't need/greed on loot?

Hi,

I have had this strange thing going on for a while where I’m unable to click the need or greed buttons when presented with the loot dialogue window in dungeons.

I seem to be able to roll for greens and random blues like tomes and stuff. But as soon as a weapon or armor drops (even stuff that would be an upgrade for me), nothing happens when I click anything other than the pass button.

I’ve had this issue on my max level char for quite a while. And now that another of my chars reached 60, the same issue appeared there as well. 59 and below it was just fine.
This makes running top level dungeons to gear up my new 60 quite useless when I can’t even need the gear I want…

I’m assuming it’s some kind of weird setting in an addon or a weakaura or ElvUI, but I just can’t figure out what. I could potentially disable all addons and run dungeons to try and figure out which one it is (if it’s even caused by an addon), but it would be very time consuming.

Has anyone had a similar issue and can point me in the direction of a solution?

Never had that - but I don’t use ElvUI.

You have already mentioned the solution - process of elimination by disabling and re-enabling addons until you have the offending addon identified.

Anything else you do will off the back of a theory post will be based on speculation and anecdotal advise that might not be relevant to your exact situation.

It may be time consuming but it will be worth it if currently you might not get to need on a key item!

Thanks for the replies and suggestions. I think I have tracked down the issue to an addon called Track-o-Matic.

When I disabled that I seem to be able to roll for items again. I really hope that solved the issue!
