So I uhmmm have a strange issue here on the Forum. I can only see my Classic characters and none of my Retail ones.

I’m not seeing any issue right now with the character selection on the forums, and the Lv10 requirement bug that some players had recently should be resolved.
If the issue persists, can you try to delete your browser’s cookies and cache, or try incognito? We also have a guide on this page that may help you:
Same issue here, can only see classic characters.
Tried logging in from different nodes, so not an issue of cookies/cache it seems.

Will try and look that post over. Just strange then I have a ton of 70+ on Retail XD.
Ah thanks Barfskin. was going to say that I had just deleted cache and cookies last week so didn’t think it was the reason.
I had same issue. I could only post from classic characters and not seen retail ones for the past two days. Don’t know what happened but right now they back again.

I had the issue I couldn’t see any of my chars when logging in on the forums and also couldn’t choose any. I was the same a week ago when Blizzard patched something and now after the update, it was there again. Now it’s suddenly solved…good but weird there’s no explanation from you guys.
We all did what we were told: delete cache, cookies, log in and out etc. etc.
It’s just not on players’ end.
Haha NOW I suddenly can see all my characters again. And I have done nothing at all
Armory was down at the same time also. Probably connected issue.
Edit:
Armory still not working as should. Error 404 most of the time. No M+ activity displayed.

It’s broken again. I can see only my classic characters.

It comes and goes since Wednesday if I’m not wrong. Right now I can see all characters again, like an hour ago I couldn’t see Retail ones and sometimes all of them were gone, even Classic ones. Had info that I need at least lvl 10 character to post.
Clearing browse cache and cookies did not help. Also I’m experiencing this on my Chrome and Edge.
I mentioned it before and it might be connected but armory is also broken right now. I got 404 error or 500: Internal Server Error.

I can concur it breaks sometimes, and sporadically restores itself through the day too ugh.
All of my retail characters have disappeared from the character selection in the forums and the armory, and according to friends and other forum posts I am not the only one with this issue. It has now been going on for about two months - will this be fixed at some point??
Same I search my characters or my friends and they show up in results but when I click on them I just get an error screen like the site is down
This is still happening. Was fine yesterday. Logged right now to the forum and again I see only classic characters.
Hello. So im having a little problem. Well now it shows my EU account logged in on battle.net site. But if i go on the WoW Armory site to check out my chars their all gone and it says “No Characters Available” Also if i try search for others i get “Something’s Not Quite Right” Code 404.
When i scroll all the way down it actually says “English(EU)” as it should be. It also switching between my EU account and my US trial account all the time.
I just logged out, it said “English(EU)” was showing no chars. So i log out, i double check it it says “English(EU)” and it does. So when i log in. it says “English(US)” and my trial account is showing.
This is starting to get kinda annoying and i want to get it fixed please.

Now its showing my EU account but my classic SoD and Cataclysm chars, not my main account. And i can neither see my own main account and all my EU Retail characters.

They’ve been having issues with the servers for a while now. A few days ago I couldn’t select any Retail characters here on the forums, and it appears that loading characters on the armory is also affected by this.
This is the post that Blizzard support referred me to when I made a ticket about it:
