Both me and my friend are having this issue: whenever we try to file a bug report or open a ticket in-game, the support UI just loads indefinitely. It never fully loads, which-due to being EU-completely prevents either of us from submitting any kind of bug report or opening any sort of ticket. Everything else in the game works fine, it is only the support menu that is completely broken.
For context, I’ve been trying to report a bug about the Fangs of Ashamane for a while now (the one where it gets stuck on stage 7, and makes the quest incompletable.) That in and of itself is a known bug I believe, but the part I haven’t seen anybody mention is the fact that it has completely locked both me and my friend out of Suramar. Every time we try to start the intro, it forces us into the broken quest, preventing us from even entering or exploring the zone at all. We can get a few quests in, but once we reach “Cloaked in Moonshade”, it completely locks us out of any further progression.

Punyelf you didn’t ask them about the EU version, EU version have issues…
first recommend to full wow cache delete, and full battle-net app reinstall (following the guide below), with one extra step:
delete BlizzardBrowser.exe before you do scan&repair, in folders below: World of Warcraft\_retail_\Utils World of Warcraft\_classic_\UTILS
then try stuff I write here:
