I came back to WoW yesterday to try it out again - thankfully I was able to unsubscribe a few hours later once I had realised nothing much had changed. Since yesterday afternoon though I have got the error 500 message despite disabling all blockers etc - cache clear - different browser. This is not an error caused by the clients PC its bad code on the webpage itself.
The account status page loads - you see it for a fraction of a second and then you get the Error 500 screen. They have done something.

My account appears for about half a second then I get the error.
It doesn’t seem to be everyone, my account pages are absolutely fine…
Yes, mine too.
I don’t know why Shammoz is so honoured
I can’t work out where, if anywhere, this can be reported …
Tech support?
There used to be a website forum but it disappeared.
Between this and my launcher updating all the time, something seems amiss.
I have also encountered the same problem, that quick flash of your account details before it disappears and the error screen. I followed an old thread (2020) and did the same as Dalaore
Still receiving the error.

There also used to be a battle.net forum which I can’t find a link to any more.
The best I can find is to make a ticket here - https://eu.battle.net/support/en/help/product/services/316/322/solution - though it’s not really a ticket that’s needed - just a way to let Blizzard know quickly that there’s a problem
Sent the ticket anyway, let’s hope there is a speedy response
I am also getting the error message when logging in to the account management, though I saw the page briefly and then it refreshed to the error message. Least it allowed me to log to the forums.
Do you mean this? It has cateogires for the desktop launcher, mobile app etc. and also for “Support Site” which I guess might cover this.
workaround:
while logged into your battle.net account, and seeing the “500 - server error”, try to input the following into the address bar:
https://account.battle.net/games
for subscriptions or
https://account.battle.net/security
for authenticator
worked for me. hope this helps for someone else too.

Ah, thank you for that. I forgot it was a US forum. You can, however, log in with your EU log in and post. Someone has just posted a thread about the 500 problem:
Though I can’t actually see any blue responses in the forum at all
Thanks Grilka, that worked for me
Is anyone else getting this when trying to access their account settings?
I have found old threads for 2020 and followed the suggested routes of clearing my browser cache etc, logged in and out of my account, but still receiving the error.
Hi there,
Thanks for the reports everyone!
There was indeed an issue with this, affecting a subset of accounts. We detailed the issue and workarounds in the relevant support article here:
That said, a permanent fix was rolled out a couple of hours ago and this should be working better by now.
If anyone is still having issues, do try the steps from the article linked above and let us know if the problem persists.
Thanks again and apologies for the confusion and inconvenience caused!

All working again today, thank you
Still got the same issue Error 500.
It happened when I wanted to resub on the webpage. I found resubbing from the WoW launcher worked fine.
I found after a couple of days the 500 error goes away on it’s own.
